In 2023-2024, the Climate Fund continued to act as a catalyst for climate finance innovation<\/h2>\n

Thanks to its ability to mobilize financial players, the Climate Fund strengthened its leverage effect by propelling structuring initiatives and carrying out, for the first time, a call for projects, a direct investment and the establishment of a building decarbonization program.<\/p>\n

1st building decarbonization program launched<\/h3>\n

With our financial partner Efficiency Capital, we have created MultiR\u00e9s \u2013 a fully financed, turnkey energy renovation program for owners of multi-unit residential buildings (MURBs) in the 82 municipalities of Greater Montreal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/span>\n<\/div>\n\n
