Striving for LEED Platinum certification and meeting Toronto Green Standards Tier 2, Courcelette integrates eco-friendly design with smart technology, including a virtual concierge system for enhanced connectivity.

Located in downtown Guelph, Baker District is a transit-oriented, mixed-use development designed for sustainability and social impact. Spanning approximately 300,000 sqft, the project includes two residential towers, retail space, and the City’s new 80,000 sqft public library. Featuring urban squares and affordable housing, Baker District is the first development in Canada to use ecological footprinting to optimize its carbon impact. Endorsed as a One Planet Living community, it was shaped through extensive public engagement to create a vibrant, connected, and eco-conscious neighborhood.

Located in Sandy Hill, the All Saints development blends heritage preservation with sustainable urban living. This 9-storey mixed-use project will incorporate the restored Gothic Revival-style Anglican church, a cherished community hub featuring a bakery, restaurant, and event space. Originally saved in 2014 through local efforts, the site will now gain residential units while maintaining its cultural and social significance. Built with cross-laminated timber (CLT) and low-carbon materials, All Saints is redefining sustainable development in Ottawa.

West Centretown: A Modern Rental Community

The site is located in the West Centretown neighbourhood of Ottawa offering walking proximity to a dynamic mix of locally owned retail stores, cafes and restaurants. The current Church on the site is in disrepair and will be demolished. The new purpose-built rental building will be 24 stories and will reuse the north and west church facades to maintain connection to the original architecture.
