01 – Grants
We grant subsidies
We provide financial support for innovative, structuring decarbonization initiatives with strong potential for scale-up in the greater Montreal area. This is how we support a wide range of organizations driving change: municipalities, Indigenous communities, non-profit organizations, charitable organizations, solidarity cooperatives, and associations.
02 – Programs
We create decarbonization programs
Our ambition is to create structuring programs targeting Greater Montreal’s most polluting sectors. Discover MultiRés©, our 1st energy renovation program for multi-residential buildings in Greater Montreal.
03 – Investments
We make impact investments
We support the development of a green, low-carbon economy. We do this through direct investments, investments in hedge funds and investments in projects and programs.

Sustainable Mobility and Urban Logistics
A cleaner future starts with more sustainable mobility. With nearly 43% of Québec’s greenhouse gas emissions coming from transportation, we support and scale initiatives in active and public transportation, electric mobility, as well as smart urban management and logistics.

Low-carbon Buildings and Infrastructure
Energy-efficient building renovation and sustainable urban development represent a major challenge for the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal (CMM). That is why weencourage initiatives focused on energy efficiency, building electrification, and sustainable construction and materials.

Energy Systems
On the path to a net-zero future, we accelerate the energy transition by supporting initiatives in renewable energy, energy storage and resilience, energy decentralization, and energy loops.

Circular Economy
The circular economy is the way forward. Guided by this conviction, we support projects that reduce waste and promote reuse, while optimizing resource use and value chains.
