Building to unite

Driven by Village Urbain, the Village Vert project is aiming for Living Building Challenge (LBC) Core certification, a first in Quebec and Canada for a large-scale project. The goal is to create a showcase project for the socio-ecological transition that can inspire future real estate projects in Quebec and North America. To achieve this, Village Vert will go beyond sustainable development and adopt a regenerative approach.
