Welcome to the application form for the MultiRés multi-residential building decarbonization program, created by the Greater Montreal Climate Fund in partnership with Efficiency Capital.

This fully funded turnkey energy retrofit program is intended for owners of multi-unit residential buildings (MURBs) in the 82 municipalities of Greater Montreal. It offers a combination of financing, administrative support, and technical assistance to help property owners implement energy efficiency, decarbonization, and renewable energy projects.
