Originally saved in 2014 through local efforts, the site will now gain residential units while maintaining its cultural and social significance. Built with cross-laminated timber (CLT) and low-carbon materials, All Saints is redefining sustainable development in Ottawa.

West Centretown: A Modern Rental Community

The site is located in the West Centretown neighbourhood of Ottawa offering walking proximity to a dynamic mix of locally owned retail stores, cafes and restaurants. The current Church on the site is in disrepair and will be demolished. The new purpose-built rental building will be 24 stories and will reuse the north and west church facades to maintain connection to the original architecture.
